Now I can’t think of 25 reasons why you shouldn’t practice self care. Take this time for yourself. With 168 hours in a week, taking only 1 hour dedicated just to you will give you many benefits. Massage will boosts and release endorphins, which increases the levels of both serotonin and dopamine in the body. As Elle Woods of Legally Blonde would say, “Endorphins make you happy”. The sudden boost of hormones promotes healing, feelings of euphoria, helps calm the nerves as well as pain management. Be Well, Cindy Owner/Founder/LMT
