Our cleanliness practices include:

Sanitation Between Guests:

Treatment tables, tools, and linens are thoroughly cleaned and replaced between each session.
All reusable tools are cleaned with hospital-grade disinfectants or sterilized after each use.
All facial sponges are single-use only and are never reused. Each facial guest receives a fresh, new sponge to ensure the highest level of cleanliness.

Fresh Linens:

Fresh linens and towels are used for every guest.
All linens, towels, and robes are laundered on-site and stored in a clean, dry environment to prevent contamination.
We are unable to permit the use of any personal linens brought in by a guest in treatment, due to sanitation regulations.

Hand Hygiene:

All providers are required to wash and sanitize their hands before and after each treatment.

Professional Cleaning Services:

As part of our commitment to cleanliness, we have scheduled professional spa cleaning and maintenance services every week to ensure the entire space remains spotless and in top condition.
This thorough cleaning includes deep sanitization of all areas, ensuring that even the most frequently used spaces meet the highest cleanliness standards.
As part of our thorough cleaning practices, we also arrange for professional cleaning for all spa furniture and rugs on a quarterly basis. This deep cleaning ensures that the environment remains fresh and inviting for our guests, free from allergens and wear.
We love our spa to be a peaceful sanctuary for our guests only - We schedule quarterly pest control services to ensure that our space remains free from unwanted visitors year round. Rest assured, the only guests enjoying our spa are the ones with appointments.
