3/27/2020 2 Comments Life Beyond The Massage Table… I’ve been working as a massage therapist for 16 years so this break has been, well kinda weird. I’m not here to only tell you good vibes and stay positive. I want to also talk about all the other feeling we may be having. I’ve been pretty quiet about the pandemic. Enough people have been speaking up about it and it made me think about if what I said would really be contributing. I want to be positive for all of you but I also want to acknowledge all the emotions many of us are feeling. I write this to you because I want you to know you don’t have to be positive ALL the time. It’s perfectly OKAY to feel scared, worried, angry, sad, frustrated, anxious, annoyed, or just bummed out. Having feelings doesn’t make you a “negative person.” It makes you HUMAN. There has been a lot of uncertainties for everyone. The situation seems to change daily. We are following the guideline of Executive Order 20-72 issued by Governor DeSantis. As of now the date we can return is May 8th. We will continue to keep you updated on any changes. In the meantime, know that all of us here at Bodyworks miss all of you! We miss doing what we love and look forward to the day we can work with you again. Many have asked if they can still purchase gift certificates and the answer is YES!!!!
