A Look Back: 10 Memorable Highlights and Achievements

From our humble beginnings to becoming a recognized name in our community, this journey has been nothing short of extraordinary. Over the years, we’ve hit several achievements and milestones that shaped our 10 year journey.

Here’s a look into our top 10 moments, memories, and highlights:

  1. Expanding Our Team and Operations: From a team of 1 (Cindy), we’ve grown to a team of 9. Our first location was a cozy massage studio located on Perdido Key Drive. In 2019 we found a new location and completed a full build out to accommodate having multiple treatment rooms, including a couples massage room. Our space has naturally transformed into a tranquil spa environment for all to enjoy.

  2. Product & Service Innovations: We’ve continually evolved, launching Eminence Organic Skin Care as our primary organic skin care line. We have additionally brought on a premium CBD line offering upper end potency and high quality ingredients.

  3. State of the Art Equipment: We invested in hydraulic massage tables for all massage rooms. This upgrade adds longevity for our team in their careers ensuring proper body mechanics and easy table height adjustment helps your Massage Therapist apply pressure wherever needed without having to disrupt the guest experience, creating a better massage session. The hydraulic massage tables also make it easier for our guests with mobility restrictions to get on and off the massage table comfortably.

  4. Building Loyal Customer Relationships: With over 100 + google reviews, long time guests that have been with us for 10 + years, and we have successfully expanded our client base each year, a testament to our team's commitment to excellence and customer satisfaction.

  5. Awards & Achievements: Best of the Bay Nominations for Best Massage, Best Facial, Best Spa, Inweekly runner up for Best Massage, Proclamation from the State of Florida, Perdido Key Chamber Member of the Month. 2023 was a good year to us!

  6. Overcoming Challenges: The journey hasn’t been without its challenges. We navigated through a worldwide pandemic, shutdowns, and lockdowns. Even though it seems like a distant memory now, it was heart wrenching to close the doors to our space not knowing what the future held for our industry.

  7. Social Presence: Red Iron Design House social media team has taught us to love the power of social media and have fun with it. We have gained not only a social media team but friendships and authentic connections with like minded people. We have enjoyed sharing our why and who we are with our followers on social and seeing the power of positivity, kindness, and compassion.

  8. Community Give Back: We enjoy working with our local community and it brings us much joy to give back. This aspect of our business is something we're incredibly proud of and committed to continuing. We have participated and donated to several organizations such as Toys for Tots, Breast Cancer Awareness, Sacred Heart Oncology Center, Sacred Heart Pediatrics Unit, Save UnderDogs, Escambia County Animal Shelter, and Keep Pensacola Beautiful Beach Clean Up.

  9. Small Business Collaborations: We have stepped out of our comfort zone to meet more like minded small business owners and entrepreneurs. When we collaborate and share the wins of our business peers it just feels good.

  10. Leadership & Learning: Cindy and Brooke have attended the ISPA conference in Las Vegas the past 2 years. We always come back recharged and full of ideas and new ways of thinking. This year for 2024 the conference will take place in Phoenix, Arizona and even more exciting one of our team members on our skin care team will be joining us!

These achievements are not just milestones but stepping stones to greater success. They reflect our team's passion, innovation, and resilience. As we celebrate these moments, we're also ready to embark on new ventures and continue our journey of excellence.

Thank you for being an integral part of our journey. Here’s to another decade of success, growth, and shared achievements!
