YOGA FOR EVERY BODY
We offer small yoga classes where you'll get to know your teachers and the community around you. Cindy and Andrea both teach a beginners class to get you familiar with yoga and practice in a comfortable and blissful setting. We will help build your confidence in your yoga practice and help you find your love of yoga on and off the mat in your daily living. We love sharing our passion of yoga with others and strive to create a positive experience for all levels. Class cap of 8.
