The following services are meant for all, but also for those who are not fully ready to return to traditional massage. We have created a menu of reduced touch bodywork that will provide stress relief, reduced touch or no-to-low touch, and maintain the therapeutic experience of a massage. As always at Bodyworks of Perdido Key we want to create an experience for you to enjoy that aligns with your comfort level.

Join your favorite team member with questions regarding basic techniques and practices for sore muscles, stress relief, and skin care. We'll provide a complimentary 10 minute Zoom or FaceTime call with current clients if you have questions and would like some suggestions for additional home self care. We're still here for you even if you aren't ready to come see us.
