Enjoy a lesson on how to provide therapeutic massage and bodywork treatments at home.This one-on-one session is for couples who are interested in learning to relieve muscular tension for the benefit and stress relief of their partner. You will take turns learning massage techniques by practicing on each other with the guidance of a licensed massage therapist. Focus areas include back, neck and shoulders.
